Excellent piece taking Rachel Carson’s seminal “Silent Spring” into our even more polluted, germ-infested “Coronavirus Spring.” Great insights into humanity’s relationship with our Mother, the Earth, and how the bonobos model a more eco-friendly ecosexual approach to life. Brava.

Dr Suzy says…”So, here we are playing physical “keep away” on a grand scale.”
That is a very concise and accurate way to put things in this country right now…

She also champions Masturbation… Definitely a great way to pass the time while we wait for the nation and world to recover :-)

Nice one. Of course all the scheduled showings of Planet of the Humans are canceled. So, I won’t be in sunny CA anytime soon, so I’ll sadly miss coming by and seeing you all. The documentary was supposed to be the feature film tonight for the Opening Night of the American Documentary Film Festival in Palm Springs. Wild times. I still hope Gaia mutates the virus so it just sterilizes most of us Clever Apes, which is the sole Soft Landing I can foresee. Love and Comrade Britney hugs for now.

Thank you for this insightful article laying out where we are at in this global, regional, local and personal war being waged on us. Mother Nature fights back and is bitch-slapping us left and right.

I agree with you that we need to treat and acknowledge our front lines better; doctors, nurses and medical technicians. As well as that the people who want to stay home and can’t. My sister is considered an essential worker, so she has to put herself at risk every day.

You remain a voice of sanity in this batty, irrational, irresponsible (I’m looking at you Feds) and psychotic world. I wish that the new normal is a lot better than our old normal if the proper lessons are learned.

I have noticed that the skies look bluer. It’s nice to see.

“Laughter is a mental orgasm, and almost as important to human health as consensual touch. Deprived of the latter, we’re going to need plenty of the former..” well said!

    Coronapocalypse! LOL

Love in the time of Coronavirus? LOL Man if Gabriel Garcia Marquez were alive today? Would he laugh or just be disturbed the world is on lockdown? I’m guessing both.

“Now that you’ve read this dirty article, wash your hands and get busy!”. well ok Doctor’s orders!

This solves the “social” distancing problem (really just “physical” distancing) now only the toilet paper problem…
