It’s almost Masturbation May! I didn’t know we had a whole month dedicated to masturbation. I think it’s critical to know yourself sexually and what better way than to spend time getting to know yourself intimately. Recently, I heard a story about how in high school the girls class was forced to stay and watch a video while the boys were outside learning about masturbation in sex ed. I find that to be the case in most cultures, granted men do bloom faster in that sense but masturbation is as healthy for women as it is men. I think it is even more critical that women get to know how to please themselves, after all, you have to be able to tell your partner what you like and you can’t do that if you don’t know how you like to be touched and vice versa.
