Labor day does seem like a lazy gift. Conveniently on a Monday so that there is the illusion that you did have a big break but you already had the other 2 days. If you really want to make sure we get some rest at least make it a labor week, just finish off the week, Its nearly over anyway

Funny thing is tho Dr. Suzy is that right most of us don`t have it off, especially in this digital market, it is not just the malls and stores anymore it is also anyone that works remotely in the digital fields as well. The fact that you are accessible at all times also makes you susceptible to work at all times. In some industries this overflow of convenience allows your boss to reach you at all hours of the day and night regardless of a holiday “in case of an emergency or for the sake of urgency”. we need to come up with some sort of checks and balances (Bring back the Unions!) because this doesn’t seem like a very sustainable relationship.
