While I never had the trauma of sexual abuse, I was sickly and had the trauma of being bullied as a result, so I can identify with this blog. Maybe this got me to connect the possibility of habitual exo earths with the possibility of an alien invasion. That’s my main fantasy. Yes I have Red Dawn fever I fantasize about being some freedom fighting hero. Which is an even more outlandish fantasy since I am one of the most sickly hopelessly out of shape individuals ever to have ever been born. I guess I am as bad as the day dreaming sickly nerd who dreams of swashbuckling deeds in some space opera or some sword sorcery epic like Lord of the rings or Game of thrones. Hell before I day dreamed about ET invasion I used to fixate on the planet of the apes! Yes It is escapism but it is far less destructive than being strung out on drugs. And at least I still realize it is fantasy, unlike the holy rollers hungrily awaiting judgement day!
