Don;t bet on this being the end of the Reliegeous Right. They get thier orders from On High. They will not go down without a fight….or something that will force us to bow down. I truly beleive it’s going to get worse before it gets better.polybi

It’s difficult to envision the D-layed Hammer ever getting hard. He was a corporate criminal who out-crimed all of the urban street-hoods combined. However, rather than receiving the appropriate five or six- hundred year sentence, the D-layed shall embark on speaking tours to advocate the further blending of church and state. Perhaps a few street criminals, militia inmates and anti-abortion terrorists can join the tour as opening acts. It is unlikely that Enron will sponsor the tour. Thank you Dr. Suzy for placing the curse on such a prime example of humanity’s worst. As the empire continues the crumble, let us give it a further push. Let us reclaim the environment, economy, freedoms and every component of the nation, for the benefit of all. Lastly, and this is the most far-reaching dream of all: may the Democratic Party finally begin to grow a spine.Rev. BookburnRadio Voltawww.reverendbookburn.comwww.radiovolta.org

It is hard to think of any capacity in which Tom DeLay served the people of the United States, let alone Texas. He catered to both corporate interests and religious extremists, and that is it. Since Ronald Reagan, the Repubilican Party has taken an extremist tone that even made Democrats compromise some of thier key values. Tom Delay is just of many Repubilicans that mdae absolutely no contributions or accomplishments whatsoever while in office. I do not know whether I will live to see all the damage undone that the Repubilcan extremists have wrought. In his own way, DeLay helped bring about his own Apocalypse as well as America’s economic damnation.

Could this be the beginning of the end of the religious Right Wing? Am I too hopeful?
